Fee: No out-of-pocket fee. The Holter test is covered by Medicare.
Action: Provide the Patient’s Medicare details on the referral form.
Billing: CloudHolter handles all Medicare billing.
Fee: $166.15 for the Holter test.
Action: Provide CloudHolter with the patient’s email address on the referral form.
Insurance Receipts: CloudHolter will issue a receipt once the patient pays the invoice.
CloudHolter will generate a Recipient Created Tax Invoice (i.e. billing CloudHolter from the clinic) listing completed Holter cases from the previous month and will pay the reimbursement for all patients ($20 per completed test + GST) to cover clinic costs by the 7th of each month.
The non-Medicare fee is also required if the test does not meet Medicare requirements (e.g. a second test within 30 days of a previous one).
