Medicare Patients

Fee: No out-of-pocket fee. The Holter test is covered by Medicare.

Action: Provide the Patient’s Medicare details on the referral form.

Billing: CloudHolter handles all Medicare billing.

Non-Medicare Patients

Fee: $170.50 for the Holter test.

Action: Provide CloudHolter with the patient’s email address on the referral form.

Insurance Receipts: CloudHolter will issue a receipt once the patient pays the invoice.

Additional Notes

The non-Medicare fee is also required if the test does not meet Medicare requirements (e.g. a second test within 28 days of a previous one).
