Brief Overview
We are streamlining our ECG Service Workflow to make it easier to use the ECG Device and request Cardiologist reporting.
Key Benefits
- PMS Integration: GPs can send referrals directly from their practice management software.
- Simplified Workflow: Practice nurses only need to enter 2 of 3 patient identifiers (First Name, Last Name, or DOB) on the ECG machine.
- Better Clinical Information: The PMS template form provides cardiologists with structured clinical information which can be considered when reporting.
- Consistent Process: Aligns with our Holter service workflow that your GPs are already familiar with.
- Save Time: New workflow streamlines request for ECG and reduces administration.
Update Steps
If you are an existing CloudHolter ECG user, our team will be in touch shortly to walk you through the update. If you are a new CloudHolter user, this will be incorporated into your onboarding.
There are four simple steps:
- Install the ECG Service referral template into your PMS.
- Inform your GPs. They need to know about the new process for referrals.
- Give your practices nurses the updated ECG Daily Use Guide (replaces the Quick Start Guide).
- Test the updated workflow with a test referral and test ECG trace.
