With the latest version of Medical Director, only users with permission to add and edit Letter Writer templates will be able to import our template.

If a user does not have access, someone with top level access will have to go to:

*Users  >Select user >Manage permission >tick the following options:* 

• Add Letter
• Writer Template
• Edit Letter
• Writer Template.

Please then follow the instructions, as per the below.

1. From within Letter Writer select

File > New . The New window appears.

2. Select Blank Template and click “OK”. A new blank document will open.

3. Select File > Import.

4. Locate, select and open the Holter Monitoring - CloudHolter.rtf file.

5. Select File > Save as Template . The Save window appears.
