Begin by opening the word processor with the page button.
Click templates, then ‘Import Template’
Select the file ‘Holter Monitoring - CloudHolter Best Practice.rtf’ and click Open.

Check that the form looks set up to auto-fill patient, doctor, and clinic details. You can add in an item from the left by double-clicking if necessary.
Click Save, and then make sure that the check box ‘Available to all users’ is selected.
