The manufacturer’s software required to re-sync Holter date & time and check memory and battery usage.

The Bittium Faros Manager software allows us to check the settings are correct on the Holter Monitor, and is required to re-sync the date and time if this is showing incorrectly.

Please use this link to download the most up to date version of the Bittium Faros Manger software. If prompted for an Administrator’s username and password during installation, please contact your IT manager.

If you are unable to download the software via the link above, please connect your Holter monitor via the USB and navigate to 'FAROS_DATA/Software/Bittium Faros Manager' and run the installer package within.

Faros Manager is not compatible with Mac OS. If your Holter date and time are out of sync, and you are using a Mac and do not have access to a PC, please call our support team on 1300 465 837.

  1. After clicking on the above link, open the zip folder that has downloaded, and then double click on the ‘FarosManagerInstaller’ Windows Installer Package to launch.

  1. This will open the Setup Wizard window. Click ‘Next’ to continue. Accept the License Agreement.

  1. Use default destination of installation. Click ‘Next’ to proceed.

  1. Click ‘Install’ to perform installation.
